As a result, a recovery to market traction levels seen in pre-pandemic times is being witnessed, the report says. Business sentiment has improved with corporate India taking significant steps toward resuming work from office, increasing vaccination coverage and easing of restrictions. As economic activity picked up, the completion of fresh office space also saw a growth of 6% in the January-September period, at around 27 million sq ft. In 2021 (January-September), the report said office markets witnessed an incremental activity of 12% in transactional volume at 24.5 million sq ft compared to the corresponding period of 2020 at 22 million sq ft. ![]()
